I remember buying Loewe Nano Puzzle in this exact sky blue colour, unfortunately had to return it because it did not fit my large phone and now looking at it in your video I'm thinking may be i should have kept it, it's such a cute tiny bag :)
Hi Lo, great take on this video and thanks for the tag! I recently made my first preloved purchase and I’m feeling pretty great to know I got a good deal. I definitely feel like there’s a certain kind of art to buying preloved bags and I’m still learning lol thanks for sharing!
Hi Lo! Thanks for the tag and I totally hear you about being skeptical of the pre-loved market. 🤔🤔Turns out my first bag purchase of the year is from Fashionphile so when I unbox it soon I'll be sure to talk a little about my thought process about purchasing from there. I generally trust them, but Vestiare is the total wild west 🙅♀ Plus, Celine seems to be extremely easy to copy so I am wary of buying Celine pre-loved nowadays. At some point though, I think once I have decided something is real, I just have to accept that decision and go with it to ease my mind 😂
Thanks for sharing, look forward to your video! Great tip on Celine as well, I’d love a nano tote some day, but perhaps better to splurge on a new one then. 😅
I like the mixed pattern of the YSL bag. It adds more depth. I can understand why you don’t dabble much in preloved and like you said many companies seem to focus on the same “hot brands”. The pricing for hot brands is ridiculously inflated. I hesitate to purchase some items preowned unless I am very familiar and comfortable with what I am purchasing, especially for the authenticity reasons you mentioned. They are remaking everything now no matter how new the brand is. Oh my goodness you’re still having issues with your purchase!!???? That is terrible 😣
Haha, it's not very comforting that everyone is responding that they worry about authenticity too. 😂 It's interesting prices are so high with such information asymmetry. Yes, I'm still dealing with my Aspinal order, which reminds me, I should call UPS. 🥲
I’m in the same boat as you! I fear being scammed and sold a fake bag. I’ve only bought Hermes bags through one and only one reseller, the reasons which I had mentioned in one of my videos. I also agree that it’s easier to find authenticators for Hermes and Chanel bags. However, I am exploring other avenues, platforms and sellers for preloved bags, so we’ll see how it goes. Thanks for sharing! 💖
Curious to see how your pre-loved journey will continue! To some extent I'd also be more comfortable shopping with a respectable reseller for an Hermès bag than going with some rando on Ebay for a Loewe bag for example, even if way more money is involved for the Hermès item.
Thank you for the shoutout! Yes, I had several issues with VestiaireCollective - over and over again. I would not feel safe enough to buy from them again (there’s even one more instance, that I still have to film a video about, which I haven’t shared fully on my channel yet)
Thanks for sharing! Having watched your videos I had a suspicion you wouldn’t recommend them. 😅 Interested to learn about your last experience too! Are there any pre-loved online places in the EU that you would recommend buying from?
Thanks for doing the tag and the shout out, Lo! Totally understand your hesitation buying preloved bags. Because of superfakes, I’ve also slowed down alot😅 (after I already bought a lot). You are so lucky to have gotten the Loewe mini puzzle ❤
A lot of consingment shops with physical boutiques tend to go down the route of only carrying Chanel and Hermes. At least that's the case in the UK. I understand these sell for the most, but I think it's good business practice to offer more variety of products in a wider price range. I love browsing eBay or even dodgy Vestaire for quirky vintage pieces and I have no interest in 10k+ priced bags. Maybe it's better for my finances in the long run 🤔 I've not bought anything in a long while, I have no more shelf room and I'm not sure if I trust random online sellers.
Thanks for sharing. 🤗 Sounds like we have similar considerations. I guess I could take a chance on a cheaper item. Not taking risk with expensive items is good for finances though. 😅 I'm also trying to dial down purchasing, running out of space...
I think that private sellers of preowned bags price them too high considering the buyer is taking a chance on a no-return purchase. That's why I see unsold bags sitting on Poshmark for months and months. Luckily for us in the U.S., we have Rebag, Fashionphile and The Real Real. They authenticate and accept returns. They don't ship to Europe?
I see they do ship internationally, I didn’t know that actually! 😁 Having said that, they are based in the US, which means shipping + duties significantly increase the price (+30% I guess), so it’d have to be very worthwhile.
Two cuties! I have similar concerns regarding pre-loved and authenticity. It’s hard because there are so many great deals on the pre-loved market!
I know 😭😭 are there any places you like to shop at?
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!

Don’t be sad, it’s indeed very cute, but it fits sooooo little. 😂

Can’t wait to watch that video, Mary❤

Thanks for the tag! Argh, (super)fakes are such a pain. 😭

Hey Lo ! Yes pre-loved is a hunt and gamble but sometimes it’s worth it. Thanks for tagging me. Will definitely partake.
Curious to hear your thoughts on this! 🤗
