According to Nietzsche,the Apollonian represents contemplation, harmony, beauty, and the balance between forms, especially through the use of rationality; while the Dionysian is the image of instinctive force and health, a creative intoxication, a sensual passion, it is the symbol of a humanity in harmony with nature.
The Apollonian is the side of reason and logical thinking. On the other hand, the Dionysian is the side of chaos and appeals to the emotions and instincts. The content of all the great tragedies is based on the tension created by the interaction between these two.
As far as art and life are concerned, we can call apollonian the manifestations that express accuracy, harmony, prudence, illusion (as, for example, the plastic arts); and Dionysian the manifestations that express unrestraint, vibration, authenticity (as, for example, music, suffering, sex) among others.
For Nietzsche, reality is composed of conflict, mixtures, complexities, and the turbulence between order and disorder. These two tendencies, the Apollonian and the Dionysian, correspond to complementary dimensions of reality, according to the philosopher, and are equally necessary.

Seems like Æsir and Vanir. Did Nietzche get into norse mythos and see the answer to overcoming good and evil with this ancestral family. My birthrune is that of FREYR. I wouldn't mind a video that promotes you know what in a masculine manner. Just you know, the skillset or one of them of Freyr.
