Better suited for indian roads.3) service network.. any tom dick and harry knows at least something about re. 4) seat.. far more comfortable in cruising than highness. CB350 best in city..

    I use to ride Rx 100 from the year 1998 till 2010, the suspension of the bike was is on the stiffer side, as I use to ride the bike at high speeds on national highway no. 17, it gave me lot of confidence, every day I use ride 120kms to an fro.
    My perspective about a bike
    The bike should have flat seat
    Stiff suspension
    Perfect Combination of torque and acceleration in mid to high range
    Broad tyres.
    Light weight.

  • @VishakPillaiNagercoil
    @VishakPillaiNagercoil Před 2 lety

    Yes you said this suspension is very weight sensitive. I am a light rider and I see very different behavior while riding with and without pillion. Best part is that rear suspension pre load setting can be done with hand itself while bike is put on the center stand. No need of a C spanner. So it is easy to adjust it when required. Never seen this in any motorcycles I have seen before. For my weight I feel the front end to be slightly bouncy. I normally stick to Honda's recommendations and keep 29psi front and 33 psi for rear tires air pressure. Kindly share your views regarding this if you have tried different pressure settings.

  • @aumsath3620

    The footpegs of the RE350 are better. Feel more confident keeping legs on them as compared to cb350. Just had a ride for 45km on the cb350, I would prefer the RE350 split seats and with the rider having the spring seat. For pillion sitting on one side, for women, its really not too comfortable. The seats could have been longer and wider. The light is inadequate for night rides, could be better. Bike feels heavy to handle. Jawa is very easy to handle compared to this. Abhinav and Pradip, please make a video on the security aspect of the cb350. Is it easy to break the handle bar lock and electrically hack the cb350 to start it, like the re350?

    Do you honestly feel that comparing this bike with Meteor is correct? Because these are of totally different type (roadster and cruiser). Hence comparison won't be apple to apple. That's what i feel.
    Comparing this with RE classic/standard 350 for that matter would be justified. What do you think?

  • @Farhan_049
    @Farhan_049 Před rokem

    Do we need to change the rear tyre to a wider one? If I'm not wrong, the Highness has a 130 section tyre. Should I get a 140 or 150 section tyre fitted onto it? I hear that wider tyres = more grip.

      @@vivekselvadurai612 I will start with my videos very soon sir, just getting the infrastructure and hardware in place to start. Please bear with me. Matte or gloss is a personal choice. I always gravitate towards Matte and dull colors generally - there is really no right or wrong in this. • @Motoccino
      @Motoccino Před 3 lety

      @@vivekselvadurai612 I am sure most people can do it. Personally for me (and largely because of my weight), I may struggle to sit 150 km on the CB. And remember, CB literally means "City Bike" so is really not meant for highway conditions. Whereas if you ask me about my 390 adventure, I would be a lot more confident in saying I could perhaps do 150km at a stretch, because thats an adv bike with ergonomics, wind protection etc more suited for longer hours. However, for optimal experience for yourself (and the bike), its ideal to stop every 100 km or 1 hour or so, so that you get to stretch a little bit and your bike gets to cool down a little bit.
