I think the face of Julia Roberts at 7 seconds into the video speaks volumes. She begins clapping, but when she turns and sees Catherine walking down the stairs, she is excited, mouthing the word, "OH!" and her smile is so happy and genuine. I really feel like in that moment, Julia Roberts was "just like us" - the same reaction all of us would have when seeing the Princess of Wales walk past us - and that is what makes it so charming!
