- 39" overnight and 2 day storm total 69" It was the deepest day of the year at Stevens Pass and we just happened to time it perfectly. Just how much powder is that? Watch and find out. It was ridiculous. Skier Chris Shalbot and Liam Doran.
If you're not familiar with Stevens Pass, the geography and elevation of Stevens Pass in the North Central Cascades makes snow conditions unbeatable. Skiers and riders get 1,800 vertical feet on three sides of two different mountains. Stevens averages 450 inches of snowfall annually on 1,125 acres of skiable terrain. The terrain ranges from expert only, to smooth, wide-open cruising runs for all levels of snow sports enthusiasts. The trails near six lifts are lit for night skiing and riding several nights a week. Stevens has two terrain parks: Top Phlight Terrain Park, for serious rippers, and Dog Dunes for tamer ones. Stevens Pass also has a variety of dining options for guests including the Taco Stop, Outer Limits Grill, Cascadian Kitch and more.

I watch this video every year and still get stoked
20 year pass holder at Stevens. Our snow sucks everyone should go to Colorado. I slept in the parking lot that night. You guys nailed that one.
Nah man if you go to Colorado then you're not close to Whistler and that's where the real skiing's at
This channel feels like it has a million subscribers with the quality of those camera shots
Seriously. This feels like something you would see on ESPN!
Awesome vid! Next time your in the PNW, check out Alpental, it's so sick
Avery Hamann no Stevens for life
got first chair on big chief that day :)
Ahh sick
Fresh big chief!!!!!!first Trax big chief bowl works too
5 ft is epic I also like getting an unexpected 6 to 18 inches starting at noon on a tues....sometimes it seemed there was more pow than people
I didn’t even know this place existed but it’s on my list now.
I was up at Mt. Baker this weekend and am going to Stevens next weekend!!!! I'm sitting at home in Seattle now wishing I was still shreddin!!!! I'm a snowboarder!!!!
That was truly an epic weekend up there.
I got a concussion riding 7th Heaven two days before this so I missed the epic pow. Thanks for letting me live vicariously through you guys haha :)
Get psyched for winter!!!
Stevens is the best! short lines! lots of powder! plenty of parking! it's the ONLY place to visit in WA state. Everyone go to Stevens!
riodelrey yep agreed
You must be a Crystal skiier
Dillon Yanick vat
baker = better
Is this a sarcastic comment?
Yes, lots of powder, but “Short lines?” That’s possible, but rare. Hogs is always crowded.
“pLeNtY oF pArKinG”
That just, no.
I’ve gone up at 10 AM, and all the lots were full. They weren’t even allowing drop-offs. The two parking lots (Nordic and Yodelin) only accessed by bus, were also full. This is common.
Growing up on this mountain has been a blessing with some unforgettable memories! I may be in the minority when I say that I'm glad that Vail is investing in it's upkeep for many more great seasons in the future!
famous last words
7th rocks !
I had 40'' day once. Holy shit it was deep, and it was at Solitude so we had freshies all day :)
Awesome video!

Great video!
this was my favorite day of the season for me, tree lines on double diamond all the way
good video, maybe leave it on one shot for longer, cutaways to diff shots every 2 seconds gives me a.d.d. but good footy of the storm.
Going up this saterday to mt spokane to shred the night also the first day of the season there was 35 in sat there is supposed to be 40
Ah I'm pumped! I'm heading here in January - anyone game?
N.J. Wæïne well that's good news, I want to go next month or Feb. What you thinking?
favorite place to ski and ride!
Love the video, but take exception to the map at the beginning. The dot marked "Seattle" is about 30 miles north of the city (around Everett)

Good Stuff!!

#StevensPass
Too bad Stevens is terrible now because of Vail
Keep in mind, it's still the same mountain 🏔️ just a different owner.
@@craigbosko2229 ? Not exactly the same mountain when you can’t access the backside until halfway through the season, and even then, only one of the two lifts are operating.
Ah, girls.
