The aircraft we flew on was N946AN, not N946NN. This aircraft is a much older 21.1-year-old Boeing 737-800 delivered to American in September 2000.

What a wonderful trip report! I think you’re narration should be added to all your flights as your way with words is so natural and free flowing. Even small comments or location! I watched on roku and your photography was great! Thanks Luna!

@@richardlewis4288 I’m really sorry about the delay! I had some issues with my editing software and I couldn’t get it up in time. It just got uploaded now so you can check it out!

Terminal D is my favorite at DFW. Reminds of all the international flights I've departed/arrived via there. I think there used to be a Popeyes there also, but it might be gone.

Loved that approach when I flew it a couple months ago. Your aircraft looks to have been N946AN instead of N946NN. Great vid.

Yup you are correct, I accidentally mixed up the two and didn’t notice. Thanks for telling me!

Great video. Just out of interest, were American proactive and contact you first about the time change Kansas City to Charlotte, knowing you had a flight connection to make, and offering suitable alternatives? Or did you have to do the last minute running around and donkey work yourself? That's the difference between a decent and awful airline! American have also gained a reputation for suddenly changing terminals and gates at DFW after one has checked in and gone through security! Plus with the downgrading of absolute basics like seat pitch and width, they are not exactly appealing to me at the moment.

They sent one of those standard emails saying that our flight was delayed. In this case we got it the night before and were able to call customer service and sort it out. I have experienced multiple times American switching my seat last minute with no explanation and no notifications. One time they even downgraded me from main cabin extra to just regular main cabin and I wasn’t compensated. Thanks for watching!
