I was sleeping so I'm late- but I also have a lot of horses I regret buying. Personally I don't agree on the Marwari, but hey, if t judge on what u like and what not.
I definitely have mixed feelings about the Marwari!

Yeah, the marwaris are hard to choose to like or dislike,
I like their coats but not very much the gaits
Yesss one time I bought a magical horse and I thought it was so cool for like two days but then when I started to think about it, it looks like it was lame when it’s walking or trotting
Thank Goodness SSO is redoing the Friesian, hopefully the gaits arent wonkey looking like how the gen 3's are

@@ailyynn2895so what theyre doing is making a whole new breed of friesian. the ones we have now are called Jorvik friesians which i also why there are some funky coat colors friesians in real life wouldnt have. as for the new ones, sso is gonna make a normal friesian breed, with only colors that would appear in real life which is why you have to buy them. theyre basically a new horse breed.

I don't regret any sso horse I bought. I have over 60, maybe over 70 by now... Don't shop spontaneously just because they released a new horse and you instantly need to have it without thinking about if you actually like it. Just about showing off with the newest horse. That's how many players end up regretting buying so many horses.

Honestly…… I just like all of the horses in sso (but the gen 1/1.5 are really bad in my opinion heh 😅)
@@prancypony8465 Yeah, they have many issues.. But they are nostalgic, at least for me. And they have a personality in their face. The newest horses might look better, but sso is trying to make them too realistic. They lost their spirit. They look alike horses from other games. Their eyes are blank. That's why I appreciate the old horses even though they are broken.
Something I always tell people is: never buy a horse when it first releases. Whenever new horses come to the game, there's always a lot of hype. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.. But there's hype nonetheless. Hype has a way of creating rose tinted glasses, so chances are you're going to either love or hate the horse depending on the hype. Give it a couple of weeks, to let the hype die down some. Then look at the horse.. And I almost guarantee you will feel differently about the horse. I can kind of understand about limited horses, but the amount of FOMO (fear of missing out) produced around horses that will permanently stay in the game is crazy. Like gurl, you're not missing out on anything. It's a pixel horse that functions the exact same way as all your other pixel horses. Take your time with deciding to buy it or not.
I agree. I adored the Ardennes, then when they came out and I didnt have enough star coins I had time to just think about it, and now they dont seem all that special to me. Their model is cute, but none of the coats really grab my attention, and it was a struggle to decide which one I wanted. Its better to buy the horse you absolutely fell in love with, than try to convince yourself you want a horse that is just okay

When the lippis was released, I was so excited to get one because everyone was getting one but once I got it.. it didn't seem great to me.
I don't like the gaits on the lippi and I haven't ride it for like 3 months now. I have a feeling I bought the horse because I didn't want to feel left out
I have the opposite issue - I bought old horses and then sold them because I couldn't stand how the old models looked compared to the new ones. Now I wish I at least HAD them still. Even if they forever remained stabled.

The chestnut trakhner you could use a rescue rp as you could pretend it’s underweight ect then rehabilitate it and then use the Dutch warm blood in chestnut they have very similar markings I personally love my trakhners though

I regret buying my Marwari and a few Arabians. They're cute, but I like draft horses more. As a larger person irl, I made my character larger, so now I feel like I can't ride ponies or smaller breeds lol.

I got so lucky with not buying the Nixies. I was on a vacation with family and the Nixies came back for one week. I had almost no wifi and my game didn't update so i couldn't buy them although I really wanted them. Very happy now that I couldn't buy them.
I regret buying the Marwari so badly. I love the coats but the gaits kinda give me the ick 😭

I bought the Gen 3 Clydesdale, & the Zony, and I kind of regret buying the Welsh Pony (Only bc the tack limitations), but the other two I didn't like because of their gaits. When it comes to me on SSO, when I buy a horse I look for coat colour, mane variation and gait fluency/flow. I bought the Clydey off the SSO Horses app [my biggest mistake] and the zony bc I was broke and begged my mum for the SC to buy it- Also rip to the loss of ur SC :(

I regret buying Halflinger, the animations are just too girly, pony-like and brittle imo :( One horse I thought I wouldnt like but ended up loving though is the Tenessee Walking Horse, usually skinny horses arent my thing and I was put off by the goofy canter, but when I bought it I ended up LOVING it. The fast gallopp is so gorgeous and fluid and strong. Its the perfect western/hike horse. Not to mention the silky sheen in its coat! I hope you can do a video on horses you thought you wouldnt like but ended up liking :>

SAME GURL- OK so once I had from codes and stuff sso gave us 600 sc. And I didint catch that free horse that sso gave on their bday but the horse was there to buy. Anyways and my stupid head said . I wanna spend sc lets buy it. And I did. I was so stupid w that I could've bought other horses🤭
