$35? More like $135
I was so confused I looked at the date of this video!!!BLESSINGS ALL!
@@charlesbutlerjr2577😢
More like 235
Why prices are increasing 😢
Thank you!!! Maybe $35 to make when pointing at each component price and creating our own.… hahaha it’s like drones… I can now build one for $25 easily but it took $1,000 of trial and error first 😂
I've been waiting for a video like this. Been wondering for the longest time. Thanks good sir!
Nice breakdown of all that is available mate ! Enjoyed the presentation.
Thank you for clearing everything out.
Love your work Gary 👏🏻
OMG!I loved you in "Groundhog Day" and "Something about Marry" as Woogy.
Yea, good eye. It is him.
Nice one Gary! I liked the presentation!
Thanks Gary. Great segments.
Great video, keep up the good work !
video starts at 3:05
great video, gonna build a temperature system and home security cameras!
Great video, would love to see some demos of good Raspberry Pi projects done by the Android Authority team.
7:21 SSD card lol😂
Thanks for the info, I’m wanting to build an Ad blocker and an emulator. Can’t wait to play frogger, Atari breakout, space invaders and more.
You can tell this is a two years old video. The goal of $35 dollars is quite different from when I look at my local web tech store listing Raspberry Pis at 110e +. Nice concise video giving the key points for someone figuring out which one to start with.
Ikr! Its unfortunate how people price gauge
Great explanation, thanks!
Great to see you back in front of the camera, Gary!
Thanks... But I never stopped being in front of the camera over on the Gary Explains channel!!! :-)
@@GaryExplains This I need to acquaint myself with, then! And I shall!
I will say tho, with the pi 400, people will think your a bit crazy with a mouse plugged into your keyboard. Also having all those wires (1 power supply cable, one mouse cable , one audio cable, 2 micro hdmi cables and one SD card) makes wire management a pain. Unless you have some experience with cable routing or your ok with the mess, I would recommend a regular pi 4. BTW, not roasting the pi 400, just saying that you should know what you get into if you get one 👍
That's really helpful.
I'm trying to figure out what would be needed to run home assistant. Is it going to demand something like the raspberry pi 4 or could I get away with the uno?
yay! my favorite host!
Wich one should I get for a emu sp1200 sampler project hardware?
So i've a questin. For a smart mirrow. What do i need to use for raspberry? I like to use wifi.
Video starts at 3:00. You are welcome.
I want to build a musical keyboard without a screen. What should I use? What Raspberry pie?
Which one I need to run java application written with processing 3?
Great explanation as always... buuuuuut right now is impossible to get a $35 Rpi. All you can buy are the ones bundle with other accessories... bumping the price to a minimum of $75... Saw some bundles go as high as $200. For that money I'm getting a second hand x86.
Element14 says they will have it restocked by *May 17th*... but I'm willing to bet that the sec it gets available online it will be sold out in matter of minutes. So kinda pointless talking about it right now...
yeah I noticed that too , just buy a refurbished pc and If It isn't up to scratch just DIY upgrade , lots of tutorials on that !
What would you recommend for running a HomeBridge (HOOBS)? Wondering if the 0W model would work.
Turns out it works great. Just using HomeBridge pi image straight out of the box.
As of Feb 2021 just at a guess, What would a Raspberry Pi Version 5B look like?
4b+ first
You are missing a model of a raspberry pi on the Zero family, which has a normal CPU speed of 1GHz, and only costs $15, and can have normal clocking of up to 1.3GHz, which is 0.1GHz more powerful than that the Raspberry pi 3A+. The performance is almost equal to a rpi 3, and has a similar CPU.
Is Raspberry pi Pico similar to Arduino mini version?
Yes and no, they're both microcontroller based boards but the Pico is highly superior than the Arduino, however if you are interested in getting one I encourage you to try both.
I want to display Video Standard Operating Procedures, PPT Files, Images on the production shop floor, Please suggest a Raspberry Pi device I should buy. Consider less budget.
My main use for pi would be using as a plex sever but would be using the desktop interface so would 4gb vet be enough or I need 8gb ver
Quick question, will i need more than 2 gb of ram when using pi 4 as a travel router with openwrt installed?
can i ran lamp server on a raspberry pi 3 b+?
Can you tell me which Raspberry Pi computer that has a lot of power and that I can keep on continuously to use as a home VPN. I also have other uses that I can use a lot of computing power, but on an inexpensive computer like this. I will be using Windows OS on it.
Don't run Windows on a Raspberry Pi. Linux is the way to go. Get a Raspberry Pi 4B and raspberry pi os
Yeah raspian is the way to go. Also, I don’t think any specific pi has better power management than another, I recommend just getting a regular usb cable and plugging it into an outlet.
@@jontesart7213 Is a 2GB one enough ?
what about the Pi-Zero ??
(or clusters of them)
Great video. I just wanted to cry in chat that the Pi 4 Compute is selling for nearly $100, 3x more than the Pi 4 A is SUPPOSED to sell :( That's a bigger jump than what graphics cards are right now, and you aint mining much crypto on a Pi.
All stores are sold out…
Where can I buy raspberry pi in UK😩
What about theRaspberry Pi DFR0817 Pico
Raspberry pi
Now Im Hungry 😋
I am a pi lover
