The views on the first unit are AMAZING - that rooftop hot tub!? But I actually love the finishes on the third unit best (especially the master bed/closet).
I love he second one the best 😅😅 I feel like I wouldn’t go up the stairs for the hot tub very often

im not going to lie to you, chicago has some insanely beautiful places but we are crossing a threshold, economically, where spending 13k on, what is essentially an apartment, is wildly wasteful.

Flexibly. Plus the taxes and HOA fees for comparable units in condo buildings can be upwards of $5,000 per month.
Exactly!! For a lot of these penthouses it’s for people who don’t plan on being in chicago long term.

👌↗I'm not 👀 looking to buy, I'm just 👀 looking, I can't afford such gorgeousness; plus, I don't want to live in Chicago, but, maybe to visit for vacationing there if I had the monies to do so because I believe there's beauty there.
Whoever was recordin is so bogus they was mainly recording u & NOT THE VIEWS like 🤦🏽♀️ pls I wanted to see the toilet area, full view of the balcony, built in under-counter microwave, stair case & so many more gems they failed to give us detailed, clear views of😐
