Viet Bac Plywood Mill by Plywood Source and Primo Ply

Viet Bac is the 3rd Hanoi mill Plywood Source owns and operates. This mill is unique for Plywood Source as the first mill where we peal our own core veneers. We know of only 1 other mill near Hanoi that peals its own logs. The advantages of peeling onsite are abundant. Just a few examples are:
-We can peal full sheet, A grade x-bands (no seams).
-We can easily produce custom thicknesses.
-We eliminate veneer damage due to transportation.
Viet Bac produces 5.2mm-25mm plywood with a fully composed, #1 cores with virtually no voids or overlaps. Most of our panels sold with # 2 cores which are produced on one of our continuous core lines. The #2 core is ideal convergence or quality and price.
At Viet Bac, we also produce Maple, Cherry and Red Oak plywood. This mill produces hands down the best plywood we have seen produced in Vietnam.
