One very important tip I've discovered for pilots. Ensure that your pilots have the "+50% enemy aircraft detection distance." This gives a huge amount of time where you can hit the enemy plane without them being able to hit you (unless they also have this perk of course). It is amazing to use, especially for attacker planes that may be weaker in air to air combat
Another thing why the gold order pilots are probably the best option to spend the soldier gold orders. You get 5 star pilot without leveling up the red soldier tree. You get the less xp, but you have the best perks right form the start.

I reccomend P38 with rockets for Normandy, it is an amazing low tier XP grinder for new players because if you shoot at tanks with all six rockets, you will kill it 100% of the time (even tigers and panthers from the front). The rockets are also very accurate and dont have much drop.
Once you improve, you'll need just two M8s to kill even a Tiger, you can knock both enemy tanks before you rearm. The tubes are mounted under the nose, so you basically aim just a bit under the center of the reflex sight.

i used to love playing bombers in warthunder before bad mechanics made it not worth the time
i've been addicted to bombing in enlisted too since i've unlocked my first plane

might i add that at low ranked planes it is not advised to drop all of your bombs and rockets all at once
as many players when they unlock their first plane they just do so
resulting in 2 or 3 kills and then a return trip to rearm
I’ve shot down a dauntless with an SMG by killing the pilot haven’t been able to replicate it tho

Lol that would require to take your altitude and throttle + speed into account… a lot more than just dive bombing. I’ve seen a lot of beginners just straight suicide dive bomb at once to take out an important tank or area of enemies

Hey. Question. On the pacific maps. I usually have to take off from a aircraft carrier and only the first time I was able to take off but my flight was so wonky afterwards. It never recuperated. Every time (5 other times after that) I couldn’t even take off!!! It would straight just lose control and crash into the ocean. I don’t get it. I would throttle forward. Slowly lifting up and it couldn’t handle it. Is this a glitch? I’m using the AP-1.

Hi..I have a problem that I hope to find a solution for. I have adjusted a lot of settings and everything is fine, but there is a problem when I get on the plane. The camera view is very, very close to the plane's aiming circle, even when riding in any vehicle, unlike before I wish to respond
its in the angle of view settings. you need to increase the value and you will be less zoomed in.
Why u didint mention anything about FLAPS?
