Maybe your shoes need replaced already?? I was having foot pain and even though my shoes were low miles they were old. I went a running shoe store and bought new shoes. So in the past I was having knee problem and I did the same and bought new shoes and that fixed it.
If i was use I would do keto and that would speed up your weight losss
That’s a great point, shoes make such a big difference. These are fairly new but they’re also not meant for powerlifting exercises and I’ve been using them to workout every day.. I have a feeling that has something to do with the knee discomfort.
Keto does seem promising, I might revisit it after 75 hard. Are you on the keto diet?
