Oshi no Ko and other types of dramatized media about certain industries is really interesting to read/watch about when you're in a industry. Things like "oh that's totally the type of thing that would happen there" or other sorts of perspectives make media like that interesting to see from the inside since interpretation of it can vary.
Aka is seriously great at commenting on the industry.

Kuzuha even have talk with aka sensei in rust game. You can see this dude so excited that few times almost spoil the story while discussing oshi no ko with aka asaka sensei 😅.

Man, I barely ever heard a single mention of Oshi no Ko ever, especially not from English speakers, until the anime dropped. Now it's EVERYWHERE. Really highlights just how few people read manga compared to watching anime.
