February 21, 2024 Neck Injury due to rooster fights

Found this poorgal laying in the dirt.. She's gotten into a battle with either one of his siblings or dad. She's got either a fractured neck or a badly strained muscle going on. She's in the nursing station and gettting tri hourly care. Day 2, with support to the neck she's eating and drinking very well considering. I've also used castor oil and Hemp seed oil on her neck to reduce inflammation and pain. Only time will tell how long this process will take, but the small signs of improvement so far are encouraging.
