The concept of a chakra is from Hindu tantric literature. It is supposedly an energy center found in the human body. It is typically believed that there are 7 primary chakras; however, there are many more minor chakras. It is traditionally thought that the chakras interact with the body's biological processes. Many believe that it is the concept of the transfer of plasma, and energy throughout the organs, endocrine glands, and nervous system which results in the production, regulation, distribution, and balance of hormones and ensures healthy cellular functions.
The heart chakra or Anahata is the fourth chakra translated into unhurt, unstruck, or unbeaten. It is the healing center and is found directly in the center of the chest, not precisely where the heart (organ) is. It is at the center of the seven primary chakras, three below and three above. This is the area where physical and spiritual meet. The main lessons from this chakra are forgiveness, unconditional love, and compassion.
This meditation music is based upon the theory of neural entrainment or brainwave entrainment. This is the theory that our brains have a tendency to synchronize themselves to external stimulation, which could include auditory, visual, tactile, or electromagnetic stimuli. The average human brain contains approximately 80+ billion neurons that communicate to form our thoughts, emotions, and behavior. When our neurons communicate in mass, it produces a synchronized electrical pulse known as a brainwave. With neural entrainment, our brainwaves can align with these auditory stimuli. As a result, we can stimulate our neurons and brains in ways that could positively affect our psychology and physiology. More information and sources here: www.anthonysom...

Deep bass is great for the root chakra. It’s also awesome for the sacral. It is good ( limitedly ) for the solar plexus chakra. But the heart chakra in this series activated the root chakra more than the heart center due to the deep bass. I assume the rest of the chakras in this series also have mostly bass. Some bass is good for even the crown chakra. But if all the tracks HAVE is bass, they end up activating the root and sacral chakras, more than anything else. Sorry.
