    Whenever I go to visit my grandparents, I would make a stop in Williamsport for lunch. One time, when we were finished, I was astonished to see a GP35 in Reading colors go by me! Great video BTW.

    Very Nice! Caught that 1996 in Upstate NY on the CSX L091 produce train. Also caught the S&A heritage the same day!

      Wow!... 2 Heritage in one day.... Nice.... We almost had that through here a couple of times but somehow it always managed to get messed up :(

      Wow too bad, that stinks. But I'm sure it'll happen soon! You have the VGN and the Honoring Our Veterans on two different NS 30T's pretty close together so maybe that'll happen this time! My record on heritage units is I was EXTREMELY lucky on the Pittsburgh Line and caught 6 in 3 days, and 3 of them went by twice. I also caught an Amtrak heritage the next day...

      I envy you, but then again we're talking about the Pittsburgh Line. Home of the Heritage.... That's pretty much where you'll find em' all. Running back and forth between Chicago and North Jersey on oil, ethanol and intermodal trains.

      Thanks Man.. Nowadays 30T goes to Binghamton where it's broken up into pieces that go on other trains.. The 11Z gets a chunk which it takes into Enola Yard.

    Have you ever viewed video's on the tube regarding trains of India? I have watched quite a few, and they're still using AlCo's for freight and passenger service. Their AlCo's appear to be much longer than these, but they are certainly menaces to the ozone layer. BTW, just viewed one video regarding freight trains in India, and not one train I saw had any graffiti marring the rolling stock.

      @Trains21  Před 7 lety

      I have seen trains of India and, yes.. I have noticed their Alco diesels.. Graffiti on trains started back in the 90s when NYC declared victory over subway taggers.. Any train with graffiti of any kind was immediately taken out of service.. Since then, subway trains have been WELL guarded so freight trains became the easy target for taggers.

    At 13:00 look at the Champagne colored Honda on the left coming up to the stop sign. That is the worst stop I have ever seen in my life. The only reason I qualify that as a stop is because they slow down just a little bit so they can take the turn.

      I've watched that many times but never took it to heart.. I guess I'm just too used to seeing that sort of thing.

      Yeah, probably the Lycoming Valley.... As you've seen in the video, they've recreated the Reading's old scheme perfectly!
