yes, FBK died on the last game in this stream, even on the school the ghost come out and all of them freak out, and on previous stream the ghost kill Mio and FBK....
as for haunting? Korone, Ayame, and Subaru experience it firsthand... lol
The game is pretty forgiving, most the time. A lot of ghosts kinda just chill until you do something they don't like. Saying the ghosts name is one thing but a few other words like "afraid" "scared" "panic" and "run" will make the ghost hostile a whole lot quicker and easier. I don't know how well it recognizes other languages though.
