@@erdbeerenrex youre right but the race still aint real. get an ticket for an tourist racetrack and try it with your own car. than youll find out that 40mph in a corner is much more challenging that doing that in a game with 80mph

@@VelhaGuardaTricolor I mean the actual cameramen, like at 0:22 behind Cody. That along with the crowds I'd find completely distracting. When I race I'm on my own in a room with the door closed 🤣 Total respect for World Tour players driving under those conditions!
When one is truly focused nothing else gets noticed, thats why its called focus
@@ianwatson6612 0:22 that cameramen is behind him and as far as "the crowd" goes, they are wearing HEADPHONES so they are completely immersed. If you are going to respect them so much you should do the same for people driving to work everyday, because they have to pay attention to cyclists, motorcyclists, traffic signs, other drivers and unlike Gran Turismo if they make a mistake they can kill somebody or themselves. So yes they drive very well and should get a lot of credit for it, but that is just about it.

Most people don't realise how crazy the level of racing here is. The simulated cars have incredible specs, you have to be so perfect with your braking points and steering you barely have any time to think about anything else.

The level of skill, precision, and raw talent of these drivers is unrealistic. So inspiring to watch them race their heart out, I didn't know who to look to, I felt bad for that driver but I felt happy for the other at the same time, brilliant stuff, this is what racing is supposed to do to you

I remember last year when after murdering Miyazono he (Latkoviski) was all disgusted with Igor Fraga for his half throttle incident. Hypocritical is a word that came to mind.

@@kenugget9593 it happened live. You can find it on last year's GT cup. Cody went off the track on a high speed turn then rejoined dangerously causing miya to crash, who was charging for the lead.

It was nations cup, its an international competition basically if they win they won for their country, but Idr what the actual prize is bits it’s pretty relevant

For anyone who thinks this is easy…Go ahead and turn off all of your fancy ABS and Lane assists steering assist braking assists accel assists and try doing what they did but at 300 plus mph
This is nothing compared to real endurance drivers and F1 drivers.
@@deakksyy oh without a doubt there’s hundreds of other factors that take place. But I can promise you that almost no one can even drive at 200 miles per hour without all of the ingame assistd
@@See_through866 that's a bold understatement, I can promise you that almost anyone with right setup and practice, can set at least a benchmark time in virtually any circuit without assists. Finishing at all is the basis of any kind of racing.

Used to play f1 game back in during ps2. And after watching this race I think I will back to this race game. What do you guys suggest? Should I go for GT sport or f1 2020? I’m mainly interested for the f1 car or the car in this video. The cockpit camera looks good which I love coz I love playing in cockpit view.

@@forestcityfishing4749 Not sure how you come to that conclusion because the aussie bloke wasn't exactly on the outside line either. There were no steering inputs to indicate any foul play, the result rightly stood.
I agree he should have given him space, he had his front axel past his rear axel so you can’t push someone off the track you need to leave space he did not. He also hit the wall not very realistic as it seemed to do nothing.
