Flame Pheonix is an SSS character in Dimensional Fighters. You're able to get her with cubes or coins by pressing energy cubes located in the arrow menu at the top right.
You should get her skin though, it’s mainly cosmetic. Some of her abilities have buffs and buy buffs I mean good buffs I recommend getting her so much I mean for me I own practically every character so getting a skin well new skin basically makes me play the game more
