Kelly you guys are doing great! I'd love to see you continue to post although it's understandable if it's too much work for you right now. I'm just over a year post partum and Yuna looks just like my daughter when she was at that age! I also had the same issues as you, hair loss (it gets better!), lack of village and family help, prolapse, diastasis recti and difficulty losing weight after my pregnancy ended. You are really lovely parents to Yuna and keep up the great work!

Things I've learnt having a baby?; Where I don't want to go with my baby! 😂 Trips away are NOT the same 😅😂❤
Baby's will often slow down on feedings when they have a growth spurt and she may be teething as well. Mama Bear all is well!
It was just the environment haha she went back to normal as soon as we got home
