@@Marysseasonedexpatlife I started Oct 19, 2022 after seeing my GP and finding out my cholesterol was out of control and my A1C (pre-diabetes) was creeping up. I am post menopausal and post COVID. So that was my last resort. I have lost 40 lbs (90 days) and feel amazing. I will recheck the labs when I get to Panama...arriving next week.
