The Dark Brotherhood arc was pretty great, but the absolute best arc overall in terms of animation, voices, pacing, characterization, etc. was the Bard's College arc.

well, you kinda do that on steam, just change your steam language to what you want, let it update the skyrim, then backup the new voice files, turn back your lang in steam, let the skkyrim redownload what it needs, and just replace it with new lang files. Or just download lang files from teh internets
