ハッピードールが手元にないので、確実な事は言えないのですが
寸法をみる限り22cmの応用で使えそうです。
身頃とスカートの丈をつめないと、足が隠れてしまいそうです。

透ける布地を使うと縫い代にも気を使わないといけないので、透けない布地から作るのがおすすめです。書籍にも写真付きの作り方説明がありますので、縫いにくいところは手縫いなどにすれば作れると思います。
