I really learnt new instance of using *being* to show *continuous state of any activity* like " Everyone is being very careful due to covid" Because until now I use the *being* only in passive form of any activity.

Because as per the grammar rules..
The present perfect continuous rule is-
S+have/has+been+1st form of v+ing+obj.
Then how this sentence can be present perfect not present perfect continous.
