Using Entrusted Oxy Care Digi beyond 5 LPM. Hidden feature which our customers use during emergency

Although we market and sell Entrusted Oxy Care Digi as a 5 LPM Oxygen Concentrator at www.entrusted.in/oxygen-concentrator-digi, it can be used during emergency to operate at higher flows with loss in oxygen purity as per below table:
AT 6 LPM - Around 90% Purity
AT 7 LPM - Around 80% Purity
AT 8 to 9 LPM - Around 70% Purity

Pls help with some questions:
1. When will the alarms sound?
2. Machine being critical in function, how soon can warranty service/parts be provided in major cities?
3. And is it FDA plus CE certified?
