0:10 Same Lauren I have really severe flight anxiety I remember I went on a flight to Creet (in Greece) and when I got on the plain I actually started crying thinking the plain was gonna crash luckily it did not .But I did almost drown there but yet again I'm okay thanks to a nice lady (who didn't speak English) and yeah the whole way back to the UK I slept on the plain so yeah I'm terrified of plains but also I don't like boats I always feel like they are gonna sink but yeah thanks for reading this you made my day
I used to be afraid of flying as well. This was a big issue for me because I travel a lot because my dad is a pilot. I told him I was scared one time and he told me that it is more likely to get into a car crash and that even if the plane did crash the crew are very well trained so the odds of actually dieing are almost zero. (Sorry if this made you scared of driving now)

2:40 Actually yes, the plane probably has some sort of defibrillator. Just not the fancy handle version - many emergency and first aid kits located in workplaces and public areas will have an AED kit, which more or less is a defibrillator for people not trained to properly use a defibrillator. You stick the adhesive pads across the chest and it'll indicate if it can register a heartbeat, and if they're not, when to hit the button to apply the shock. This, of course, should not be used as a replacement for CPR, rather in tandem with CPR to assist in resuscitating a person
