I'm concerned about it because it just wiped out a factory egg farm 2 miles from my home. I have flies that end up in my home any time the door is opened. Even in the winter, if its been warm enough for them to air out the hen houses everyone within several miles will get flies. So I just wonder if we can get it from flies carrying the germs to our homes.

Bird flu is an old virus and problem. Not everything is about the election. And we still had an election during Covid. I voted in person
Would the lab workers that test each load of milk from each farm be at any higher risk from handling milk straight from each farm?
That’s what ppe is for. But anyone in direct contact is at a higher risk

Genetic changes within pigs as it concerns to the avian flu virus in 1918 led to the spanish flu out break which started in the usa in kansas.
There have been new developments since this was put out. It looks like cow udders have the receptors for flu. So, basically, cows are the pigs we were afraid would be infected. Human to human transmission is still considered to be low.

Plus I follow the instructions given to me by my MD of nearly 20 yrs..Her husband is an MD too plus Professor of Internal Medicine at nearby Med School. Have had all boosters she's recommended. Through her I stay up to date with medical science studies is suggesting based on THE FACTS OF CURRENT INFO AND STUDIES.

My long lived relative told me for the 1918 pandemic they washed everything that came into the house, too. The genetic analysis of the 1918 pandemic virus, which came from pigs, also had avian genes. If it jumps into pigs, it may be a matter of time.
