I’ve been learning “Can’t find my way back home” and every tutorial is different… I’d think this song (landslide) is so precise you can’t vary it much if at all.
Now I have another one to learn and practice picking!

Another great lesson Kevin, and I'm enjoying your fingerstyle lessons a bunch. The problem is now that I want to learn Landslide, Hallelujah, and Everybody Hurts. Question for you - for your short strumming segment when you were going over the first segment chords, were you using your thumb for the down-strums and up-strums, or were you using your pointer finger for the up-strums? Strumming pattern? Your strumming of the song was very nice!
Hi David. 1 song at a time :). I was using my thumb for the downs and index finger for the ups I believe. I think this strum pattern would sound best D D D DU
I can’t finger style well at all I really am awful. Then to finger style and change chords and not lose my rhythm is almost just too hard for me. I’m 49. Maybe that’s why? It’s really frustrating and I’m at my wits end. Any advice? Love your channel.

That’s what the pause and rewind are for. Tbh these are some of the clearest videos out there. Be patient and be kind to yourself. Remember that even he started somewhere. Practice and practice ! Don’t give up
