At 2:54 "allowing them to inspire immediately if you so choose" is a bit confusing. I though their condition was to inspire at the end of the action phase, not as soon as they have zero hunger counters ?
@12:39 i love tenebrous form, it seems like everyone has cleave these days (don't get me wrong, there's a lot of ensnare out there to, but it doesn't seem to occur as often) on their player cards, through a gambit, upgrade, spell, or when becoming inspired. 3 of the 4 crimson court start the game with a single block, only prince duvalle picks up a second (when inspired), but with so much cleave i'm not sure it matters, i like having it around incase an enemy starts with or has a way of acquiring cleave early on and wants to go big game hunting or later in the game where some inspired warriors may have cleave and i have no other defense, you do lose the ability to do anything (if you haven't already activated them) but if there's more game to play, it's better then being dead. i love vellas von Faine, she becomes quite scary when inspired, i'm probably too aggressive with her, but if i have T form in my first hand, she's on the front line and she's going in, with only 4 drops, it's much easier to position her and pick her fight. i'll charge (a 2 wound model, if i can) if all goes well, she'll be inspired by the end of the action phase, fail or succeed i'm dropping T form on her. i don't know the math, but rolling 3 defense dice feels better then 1 (no matter what i'm looking for), especially if the attacker is rolling more then 1 attack dice. i think a similar argument can be made for ennias (if you'd rather risk him instead). i don't play a lot of underworlds (so i'll always defer to your judgement), but i think tenebrous form is better then a C, in general and especially in the crimson court, but that could be specific to how i play them, and the group i play in.
@@seragotepic3315 Personally, I think they look really fun to play. Cool balance with the hunger token system, which is also thematic. Not sure how great they'll do in the current meta, but would be interesting to play.
I've never played Direchasm but looking to get into it. I play AOS seraphon, OBR , and soulblight. Does anyone find it odd, that they're no AOS rules for the crimson court?
i play a lot of AOS, some AOS skirmish, and a little underworlds, i use the underworlds gangs for all of them (some as they are, some as proxies), this is the first gang (i remember) to have this much trouble getting everything for AOS, they've gotten rules (an AOS warscroll) since you first posted, but they have not been given points, so you can't really play them (in match play and skirmish). they aren't the only things missing from the soulblight gravelords book, i think they ran into a situation where these and the silver tower models weren't meant to come out before the book, but logistics got shuffled and some things fell through the cracks. my hope is that we'll see a faq/errata for the book next week and everything missing from the book will be added, but gw has been struggling with hitting dates as of late (i know some the other faq/errata dropped later then 2 weeks after, since covid began. i really hope we get points sooner then later, i'm starting a narrative campaign today, we're starting in underworlds, the winner (best of 3) gets a triumph, we then play the skirmish campaign with the overall winner getting an artefact, from there we play a path to glory (standard army creation plus the gang) the winner gets an artefact, from there we see where we are at (points-wise) and play some match play games (choosing missions that best fit with what has already unfolded). all 3 factions you play in AOS have great underworlds gangs that have play in the other versions of AOS, i recommend picking up all 3 if you have the time and money.
Great knowledge to be found here, thank you!
Nice review as always. Keep up the great work. Like your reviews.
great as always. thank you!

Oh, you're right. That was an oversight

I guess that it a good way to use it. Charge then become mist.
Will you make battle report Style videos in the future? I think you playing and making an analysis after the game would be cool
I've thought about it. Not sure though. There are lots of people making battle reports so I haven't planned to do it.
Yeah, just in time! Look forward to Storm of Selestus!
PS: What is your own opinion and impression about band?
Hard to say. Haven't seen anything gameplay mechanic wise. Maybe a better version of Farstriders? Hopefully they're cool
@@wtfhammer9160 Oh, i meant vampires. Selestus will be tomorrow in underworlds online, so anyone can try them.

Will you make review of new warbands: Drepur's Wraithcreepes and Storm of Celestus?
Yup! just need some time to prepare the videos

They will probably release rules soon. Other warbands eventually got released as AOS units a bit later with unique rules
They always are usable later in AOS. If nothinge else as part off soemthing/as something else. If you like their look .. get them.

noob here, can these cards be used against any underworlds decks, say for example can these be used against underworld gnarlwood cards
