I've never watched this drama but from this video, I don't see any toxic masculinity or possessiveness, it's okay to be jealous, as long as you don't hurt the other person or interfere with her choices. Moreover, no offense, but i find the girl a bit childish and unnatural, her actions look exaggerated and she looks like she actually wants to make him jealous on purpose...
Its not toxic as far as i can think. May be i'm missing something you think. But here murat liked her romantically and she pretended to be in a romantic relation with them. He was never jealous of her duruk except once. So i think its jealousy, and not too healthy but not too toxic as well.

Their relationship was very toxic throughout the show. In the earlier episodes she was purposely trying to make him jealous
