UC Irvine Housing - Arroyo Vista Theme House - Double Suite

Arroyo Vista Theme Housing offers a limited number of Double Suites (former RA suites) where 2 residents share a bedroom, living room, bathroom, patio and private entrance. Residents also have access to the common areas of the house kitchen, living room and study room.
- Academic year contracts (Sept - June)
- 21 double suites available (not available in every theme house)
