It's going to hurt in ways I won't be able to imagine. One day something great will happen to me at work and I'll want to call someone to tell them about it. I'll pull out my phone, go to my contacts, and instinctively select "Dad". I'll pause for a moment and break down all over again. That is what I fear the most about losing a parent. They don't get to continue watching you grow. Everything that happens to you from that point onwards, they will miss. My heart goes out to anyone hanging in there after losing their mom or dad.

After being lost for 47 days and nights we got her back! She survived in frigid temperatures with snow, and NO Claws. She weighed half the weight from before but no frostbite Thank God! We actually trapped her! Prayers do sometimes work! And I'm just a little bit "Stitious". But not "SUPERstitious". Lol!

The Creator created you for a reason. Someday you are not gonna be here any more. So why do you make that face? Why being despair? I know the pain of losing one's parents, but when they have given you the best that they can, you realize you've got the tools to help you get through anything. And that's a great legacy.

How I wish I could just be free of the monsters in my head, but I still fight to make it to the end of the day and make it to the next. Its gonna be 7years on June 7th and it doesn't go away, the pain but it doesn't knock you down as often. Hang in there and find a grief group you can join and get out of the house. I know, its hard, but you must try. Now you're living for all of you. Head up sweetheart!!!!

I’d be in the kitchen getting dinner ready, and I could hear both my son and his dad talking up a storm, laughing at something, one of them said. Once he got his daddy fix, he say “See you tomorrow, dad, and yell at me that he’d see me tomorrow mom, love yous”. We lost his dad back in Oct 2006, and my son misses him so much. I know he is still hurting over the loss of his dad. I also miss him. Hoping this song will be helpful to him.

He had hearing issues so he didn't always hear what I said, but it didn't matter if we could hear each other talk. We had a bond, that only death could break. And break that bond death did. I want to be with him again and I want to give up on this life. But I know he would've wanted me to live the best life I could. So I carry on. Not for me, but for him. See you again, my heart breaks every day we're apart.

Really sorry for your loss :( . My father and I have the same type of relationship and I don't think I'm mentally prepared for the day when he's gone.
It's going to hurt in ways I won't be able to imagine. One day something great will happen to me at work and I'll want to call someone to tell them about it. I'll pull out my phone, go to my contacts, and instinctively select "Dad". I'll pause for a moment and break down all over again. That is what I fear the most about losing a parent. They don't get to continue watching you grow. Everything that happens to you from that point onwards, they will miss. My heart goes out to anyone hanging in there after losing their mom or dad.

After being lost for 47 days and nights we got her back! She survived in frigid temperatures with snow, and NO Claws. She weighed half the weight from before but no frostbite Thank God! We actually trapped her! Prayers do sometimes work! And I'm just a little bit "Stitious". But not "SUPERstitious". Lol!

This song is pure reality. Most don't know this. But 4-5 months ago, I seriously felt like a complete failure. Everything felt as if it was shutting down, and closing in on me. Something from the powers above, must've grabbed ahold of me. I was laying in bed, 12-18 hours a day, rejecting all of my loved ones, slowly closing this chapter down. And contemplated suicide. I can honestly say, I was so very, very close.
And then something snapped. Please..... Please never give up. Please know that someone, somewhere out there, does really care. Peace✌️

With my first ever break up and being diagnosed with depression after my moms passing in 2015 my dad played this song for me and told me its okay to cry but never let the world dull your smile.... im 25 my dad passed in 2020 and this song is my salvation i miss you dadda 💖 and im still okay

I know the pain of losing one's parents, but when they have given you the best that they can, you realize you've got the tools to help you get through anything. And that's a great legacy.

How I wish I could just be free of the monsters in my head, but I still fight to make it to the end of the day and make it to the next.
