  • For a while, I thought that I was doing something wrong because my security officers just didn't seem to care about my company as much as I did. But then I figured out the problem wasn't that they weren't committed, they just had different motivations. Here's what I learned about myself as a security guard company owner and an entrepreneur and what I could expect from my security officers.

      Yes, it's because they don't see the future that you do. We have to give them reasons to engage.
