If you have locked 120fps, try this and copy it to the console "fps_max 0". And in settings turn off Vertical Sync... it should be much better, i had 144lock and now im playing with around 300~

Anything you run in the US at 50Hz is going to look off, because our entire electrical grid and every subsystem are 60Hz. Standard cable television is only 30Hz, so things can look fine at lower refresh rates. It's just that 50Hz isn't sending signals at the same speed as the electricity moves, so irregularities happen a lot. Think about it like a fraction with base 60, and the top number is a different Hz. The faster you can find the answer, in decimal, the better it will compute. 30/60 is 0.5, easy, 120/60 is 2, simple again. Whats 50/60? It doesn't divide evenly, so wont transfer signal evenly. Same applies to higher Hz, 120Hz will look a lot better than 117, or even 137. Games and videos operate best in synchronization with the speed the electricity is running at. Things are probably different in places where the power cycles at 50Hz, though.

Thats laptop gpu? Because low end GPUs cant handle more Hz like my GT730, I cant have more than 100Hz, my GT210 cant have max 60Hz, but my GTX960 cant handle 144Hz easily... Better graphics card=better refresh rate 😃

If the TV is 4K then yes, the game should be locked to 4K30fps on PS4. PS5 can handle 4K up to 60fps with much better graphics

30fps is more laggy... play some video (30fps vs 60fps) on that TV and you will see
