Here's a handy trick for muting/unmuting clips, double-click right mouse and hold (changes to mute tool) and drag.over clips to mute/unmute. Release and you're back to your previous tool.

So here’s a question for u. So when tracking vocals you always have an Input channel and then normally that’s routed to a vocal chain.
So on the input channel. If I want to maybe gate and compress my vocal coming in. Will fl studio record those effect in if I select “external input only”? I hope my question makes sense.

What's the right way to save your vocals that you've recorded?
avoiding losing the vocals especially when you fixed your laptop. I came in with this problem where all of vocals has been lost due to my laptop being cleaned out and fixed due to my storage being full. I would want to avoid this in the future please do you have a better idea or way where I should save with a tutorial video. Thanks

yo, so when i record my vocals it sounds great on FL.
but when i save my vocals so i can send the wav to my homie who is mastering my stuff...
it goes to mono ..every time..i cant get it to stay in stereo ...wtf am i doing wrong?
it never keeps effects like any distortion like to get a old radio like vibe ....all goes back to normal ...im verry confused...

They need to make it a little bit more like pro tools, and make a punch in feature because all this makes it look like its a loop/playlist.

Yeah there's a lot they need to do, but there definitely heading in the right direction. FL wasn't really a "vocal recording" DAW at first. They're slowly but surely becoming one (I believe). Changes like this is what they need to hear.
