This game defined what a modern Need For Speed game should be. GHOST gave us everything we wanted. The only thing this game needed was a better handling model. Good luck to Criterion and Codemasters on topping this in NFS 2022. GHOST raised the bar very very high with this game.
But the cops need to be more aggressive. Way more aggressive than Heat AND Rivals, while being fun.
I actually just bought this yesterday on sale for Xbox the game itself besides racing is stunning I love the night rainy weather incorporated into this game I wish theirs was better handling also like if your cruising police roam around and stuff like that too and stop you if you speeding like what midnight club did in the la version . Also the story was very corny maybe do something different with that or not one at all just like a straight online mode like forza does and nfs world. The map I feel like should be bigger or have more roads and shortcuts in it.

I hope they steer more into the direction of this masterpiece in the next game, it seemed like they did a bit in unbound but they had to sprinkle some things for certain audiences

"How will they remember you". Ghost games will always be known For this game and Heat. Comparing NFS 2015 and Heat really shows that the dev team was dedicated and showd us that they learned from there mistakes. Lets just hope criterion doesnt make NFS an Asphalt game in 2021

So, the 2015 Mustang will be the Style icon, the RWB porsche will be the icon for build, the Skyline 2000GTR will be the icon for Outlaw, and the 180SX will be the icon for Crew, and BRZ will be the icon for Speed.
I guess you'll have to beat all of them (kinda like Prostreet).

And 5 YEARS later.. this still is the most realistic/underground NFS of this generation! I like Payback and Heat too.. but the 2015, was the perfect game of the car scene/culture/street racing of that time... and the game it's beautiful!

Underground series evolves - now it have cops, whats the problem? General idea of Underground series - night street racing, total tuning, tuner class of autos. Actually, Carbon could be nfsu3.
RedBearded T Most Wanted little bit another series. It have too much cops and chases - that was the point. Looks like new NFS focuses in Street Racing culture and atmosphere - different desciplines of it (drag, drift, tuning). At least all waiting for it.

Hey guys, I think I am onto something. So did you guys notice how in the video they mention icons inspiring you? Also, at 1:11, you can see an outline of five people. I believe I know three of the icons/characters. On the far left, I believe it seems like Shinichi Moroboshi. I don't know much about the guy, but the outline of the person seems pretty similar to him. Before Shinichi, I believe that is Ken Block because of the way he looks, and also if you go look up Ken Block on google, you will find him wearing hats. Also, there is a Mustang that seems like it could be based on his character. In the middle of all, that is Akira Nakai. He is known for building RWB bodykits for porsches. We all have seen the green RWB porsche. So it could be him driving it. What do you think?

Is it weird that I think this was probably a contender for the best Need for Speed game? I mean, sure, the handling is weird, and the cops were a disaster, but the way it brought customization back was pretty good, introducing real aftermarket brands into the body kit customization, not to mention it had a great atmosphere and a very modern car culture focused vibe

I just thought the 2012 MW was wack asf, I'm more of a Black Box era type guy even though I like Hot Pursuit, The Run, and Rivals. That's why I'm glad this game has that Underground-MW-Carbon-Rivals feel to it. I've already pre-ordered it and tbh if anymore who's a real NFS fan and doesn't like this entry then their just quite deulsional. No bad blood to the haters though haha, we are all entitled to our own opinion and I respect that. Nothing in the world is 100% liked.
