Bronx River Parkway (Exits 1 to 8) northbound

The Bronx River Parkway is a major north-south parkway that passes through the heart of the Bronx. Near its southern end, the road intersects many of the area's major east-west thoroughfares.

Traveling on The Bronx River Parkway brings back lots of great memories. Especially when most of the time I took that highway to go to The Bronx Zoo when I used to live in Canarsie. Especially when I was a little kid. Why I didn't ask my parents to take me to The Bronx Zoo more often (Especially in the summer of 1983) I have no idea. Duh on my part. I should have said something. I also should have asked them to take me to then Shea Stadium to see a Mets game back in the summer of 1983.

what year is this because it still has all the deskey highway streetlights and a sodium streetlights and original 1930 to 1990 2000 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 streetlights all over the highway and on the news on the radio the news reporter said that it is 5:52 early in the morning on the 4th of july morning.

this video is in the middle or the end 2009 or the beginning of or the middle or the end of 2010 because the bronx river parkway highway is full of curved neck deskey highway streetlights and they took them down and put round straight neck highway streetlights in 2011 into 2022 with is now and they now has new annoying L.E.D. streetlight head fixtures all over the bronx and there are no more deskey highway streetlights anywhere in the bronx anymore only some and there are some deskey highway streetlight in other boroughs and not a lot.
