I wonder if it's possible to "reflect" your controls to match up with the changed perspective. I feel like you (and others deciding to do this challenge) would get less motion sick that way since most of your controls are inverted in a weird way.
... come to think of it, you can just rebind the A and D keys, then swap the X and Y axis on your mouse since those should already be existing options in the settings menu. Maybe not the X axis though, it's usually *just* the Y axis for some reason in games.

Also, I don't know about you... But, It didn't give me motion sickness. Instead it made my eyes ache.
It took me a while to get used to it, and at the start it made me sick, it made my eyes hurt when I watched the cutscenes.
