    STORYLINE:
Argentina resumed on Tuesday its Independence Day military parade, a tradition last held in 2019.
The event, led by President Javier Milei, featured around 7,000 military and security personnel, including Army and Air Force units, tanks, and aircraft.
The parade showcased a significant display of military power over a 4.5-kilometer (2.7-mile) route.
Citizens were encouraged to attend with Argentine flags.
The parade included 350 horses, tanks, jeeps, trucks, 62 aircraft, and 5 Navy ships.
This year's parade, deemed one of the most significant in recent years, also featured veterans of the Falklands War, a conflict between Argentina and Great Britain over the Falkland Islands, known as the Islas Malvinas in Argentina.
The resumption of the military parade on Independence Day is part of Javier Milei's government plan to support and revalue the country's defense forces, which he believes have been undervalued in recent years.
