What documents do I need when marrying a Filipino citizen in the Philippines?
When you're getting married to a citizen of the Philippines in their home country, you will need the following documents:
• Your passport;
• Your birth certificate;
• A Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage -- the Embassy of Canada in Manila does not issue this documents, but you can make a Statutory Declaration in lieu of the required certificate;
• A divorce or death certificate, if you were previously married;
• Depending on your age, you might need parental consent or parental advice.

I would assume so, but the Embassy is likely much better equipped to answer your question than we are. (We're a Canadian company.)

I believe the birth certificate requirement is for the Filipino spouse if I'm not mistaken. You should contact your closets Filipino Embassy or Consulate to be sure.
