Ingredients for making Amritsari Pindi Chole Recipe

mustard oil - 1/2 cup
bay leaf - 5
cloves - 5
black pepper - 1/2 tsp
green cardamom - 5
black cardamom - 2
onion paste of - 4 onions
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
tomato puree of - 3 tomatoes
pindi chole/chickpeas - 300 gms overnight soaked

chole masala - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp or to taste

water - 1/2 cups
black tea water - 2 cups
baking soda - 1 tsp
.
clarified butter - 1/4 cup
asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
green chillies - 5
ginger - a few
coriander leaves - a few
chat masala - 1/2 tsp
roasted fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tsp
