James Hardenâs ISO GAME Broken Down to a SCIENCE
VloĆŸit

- James Harden's isolation game is a thing of beauty. He'll get the ball, clear out, and from there, it's amazing to watch. And while it's all off of instinct, it's not just random moves in a random order. EVERYTHING is calculated. So we show you how he does it, and offer you a way to throw parts of it in your game--if it won't get you benched đ€Ł

James Harden is one of those players that will leave his fingerprint on the nba.

Completely agree. Modeling my game after him
Draymond already left his in his eye

Kristian Ryden he already has.
Lol at 2:15 Harden is like âif you move your feet, youâre screwed. If you donât move your feet youâre f&@$%#â
Pretty much đ€·ââïž
What are the chances that you make a great comment and only the creator comments that's some rare talent kid. And me ..... Im cool to....
ISO GANG, NETS IN 4
This nigga is UNGUARDABLE, one of my favorite players to watch in the game right now đŻ
James Harden is just unguardable đ„đ„đ„
No heâs not just put a giannes or Lebron on him. A pail George maybe a Westbrook and heâs eliminated. The OKC did a thing where Paul and Westbrook switched off of him throughout the game and he scored only 4 points in the second half and 0 in the last quarter. Ultimately choking the free throws last second. And then Paul George sent them home with a corner 3
He also gets a lot of fouls other players like Westbrook and Lebron donât for some strange reason
@@booker4984 that was regular season. Westbrook and PG got sent home in the first round again.
Jahleel Sayers ok. But that doesnât have anything to do with my previous comment UwU
@@booker4984 He's dropping 35ppg rn against the WARRIORS who have Iggy, Klay and Draymond guarding him.. I'm pretty sure he would cook OKC rn if Houston played them in the playoffs.
@@booker4984 what makes you think okc can guard harden when they can't even guard dame
Probably one of the best Playmakers i've seen in a while. His ability to score from deep, a pull up from midrange or finishing around the rim makes him so hard to predict, but then his court vision makes it so that you're not able to double team him. I think you were spot on in terms of dialing in the details of what makes his ISO game so tough to defend!
you don't have to like what Harden is doing ( I don't love HOW he plays) but i'm impressed with what he can do offensively.
that shin angle breakdown crowned u as the best basketball reading channel on CZcams
I love his playing style
Fear the fucking Beard...
And Hardens newly awakened Rennigan
I am just too fond of how Harden blows by his defender every time, and I always think over the way he makes his man get crossed so easy.
Just appreciate your video; it is much beneficial to me.
What's great about his technique is that it's 100% usable, no flashy moves, just pure effectiveness
Attention to Detail How to Read a Defender pls
đ€ maybe a series?
By Any Means Basketball make a series but one video that wraps it all up

Where do yâall rank Harden in terms of top players?! đŹ
Right now he is the best player in the league along with KD. And I think heâll end up as 3rd best SG ever, surpassing Wade.

Can we get an updated version of this video đ showing his Brooklyn and Philly progression
GREAT VIDEO BROSKI
About time....amazed how little videos there are breaking down his between the legs combos
Its because its an older technique that many think everyone knows about - but not everyone was playing ball outside in the 90s to know that. (but Harden was lol)
Great vid bro
Keep with the great video!!!
Great stuff đ

Good video lil bro bro.

That quote at the beginning is universal, and that's coming from a fighter. But in a fighters sense it's the hips and feet.
Harden > Kyrie no question bra
@King Ky Kyrie is an elite iso player, but Harden is by far the most effective iso player. So kyrie isnt very close, just check their true shooting percentage. If Kyrie draws more fouls he would be in the conversation though
Also skill wise Kyrie might be the best player, but he isnt as smart and doesnt analyse the game as well as Harden and Curry.
@@davidahrner4876 lolđđđ and then Irving have a ring while harden forever scorer until playoff hhahah

When i got the ball and i keep moving and dont stop the defense wont have time to read or setup??
Dope video
I need these for 1v1 play or in games
He attacks opponents feet, canât stand him but heâs effective.. Btw I dig the tracks you lay on the videos
Harden's package is amazing to have, regardless of your athleticism! 10/10 recommend for your bag
100x more helpful than some black and white video of him dribbling in practice mixed with shitty trap music
Any players out there, I got a question for ya( if you played ball at some type of organized level)
Did or do yâall play off instinct or predetermined moves?
I myself was a point guard my entire career, and I have to say that I wish I consistently trusted in myself and hours of work outside of practice I put in to my creation/handles game. On my aau team, where I just felt less pressure, had a coach who just handed me the ball and said go, I played almost entirely free flowing and off of in the second reactions. On my varsity squad, my coach was so old and rigid and close minded that I felt so much pressure to be ridiculously efficient and perfect that I believe I actually held myself back by thinking to much prior to each possession/isolation and went into too many plays with a predetermined move. I still played free in some ways, such as when it came to what pass I would throw, but when sizing up my man I already knew what I was going to use on him rather than taking what the D gave me based on his stance and reactions to my pre-move movements. I practiced my moves so much and made sure they were so quick that it still allowed me to beat my man 80 percent of the time, but Iâm just so positive that everything about my game and how I benefitted my team would have been better if I just let go and played free. Because itâs not as if I didnât make mistakes when I played all pre-determined. Yes, I played that way in fear of making errors, but the actual number of errors I made plating free vs rigid was the same, the main differnce is that i was impossible to stay in front of when I just let my entire package free, and when I played rigid I would eventually be easier to guard as the game went on once my opponent started to realize I wasnât going to counter, so if he guessed right he would stay in front.
I know âno one caresâ but I think this is really interesting stuff and I would love for anyone to share their experiences as well! Iâm fascinated by hearing about any ballers mentality on playing the game, you know? What goes on in our MINDS behind the moves and way we play on the court.
A year later I cannot relate more. Last year I was on the first team with I felt like pression to perform as a PG because our school was behind our team and the coach took it too much seriously. This year my coach put me in the 2nd for me to develop for next year. This year Iâll try to let my whole package play out and take what the D give me every time and develop my reaction on what the defender gives me
James harden is the type of guy to read the terms and conditions of the nba to learn the rules
Nice breakdown
Skill wise he's the greatest of all time no debate
You should breakdown CJ McCullom
In the playoffs this year.. I know the old one exist
