Regressive thoughts wrong doesn’t feel good or give relief until it heals. They are pulling skin off your ear and eardrum. Remember the bright pink look, new skin. I had both ears done at VA. No numbing, no painkillers, no nothing. Did this multiple times, doctor quit because he said it appeared I was in pain. I told him to finish. He wouldn’t. I had to go back and start again. I could hear better for a brief period of time. They also put no medication in my ears, no pain meds or antibiotics. I lived three it.
This must have felt so good, I used to get ear infections all the time so I know that terrible itch you can't reach. Literally sticking a tool in there and scratching it would be amazing
I had a fungal infection in my ears once. It took months to get rid of it. I remember my mom having to “wash” my ears out with warm water and vinegar. There were also times when I had to go get them suctioned out by the ENT. I couldn’t get any water in my ears at all (except to wash them out) and I had to put rubbing alcohol in them after washing so they would dry quickly. It was awful. I spent a lot of nights sleeping on a heating pad.

WOW the first half of this vid is VERY FRUSTRATING to watch, but it all ended up okay 😎 We've all been spoiled by the awesome vidz where they get right in there and start pulling out huge chunks of stuff!
What are these people complaining about? The nurse, or the Dr. Did a excellent job... There is no slow job.. All the person did it was great. Stop it..
Juana C No clearly he could have cute the whole ear and Eardrum out. How cares it's just a super delicate area. No need to be care full not even slightly. Wenn he messes up the Patient has another ear. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I had a fungal infection once in my right ear. What’s very weird about it is that the sublime and outer worldly high, plus the relief you get from the removal process, is equal to the pain you experience. And what’s worse, it happens simultaneously. The good, the bad and the itchy.
It’s frustrating to watch but it’s great that the doc is being extremely gentle and not just scraping the hell out of the ear canal. The ear is already infected and inflamed and sensitive. It looks very dry too. Scratching up against canal walls constantly would be really uncomfortable to the patient.
I had this same thing done. I have fungus due to my transplant rejection MEDS.HE vacuumed my ear and it felt so good relieving my itching! Then he coated my inner ear with fungal medication. No more itching!
Oh maan, I had candida infection once. The itch was maddening and they used a sucking device to remove it. It started from a scratch in the ear canal and from there it got hold. Eventually it was so painful I could't even hold my head straight. The doctor who cleaned it out sprayed something after in to my ear. The pain was unbearable and I fainted. After I came about, she said it should be fine now and if pain is to return, I should take painkillers.
WOW. That seems extremely unprofessional of the Dr. tbh. Anything that painful seems like it should've been taken care of in a hospital setting, under heavy pain management or mild sedation. More and more Drs seem to be arrogantly cutting corners with patients this way. A friend of mine had a gyno take a biopsy of her uterus in office, no anesthetic. It was horrifically painful. Only later she found out such procedures are usually done in hospital.
Mesmer ASMR - There's definitely been an increase in doctor's doing procedures in their offices that used to be (and probably should still be) done in a hospital setting. I can only image it's because of insurance. I suspect the doctors get paid more if they keep the patient out of the hospital so they do m ore out of the office these days. If I was having something done and felt like it needed to be in a hospital setting then I would make noise until it happened.
speedy63663 - I have no idea what you're on about. If you don't realize that doctors are given incentives to keep patients out of the hospital then you don't know how the system works. If a doctor does a procedure in their office it pays better than if they do it in a hospital. What are you having trouble understanding?
@@mesmer3780 I had the same thing happen to me. No anesthetic. I was told it would be a small sample like the regular PAP and "easy peasy". I was very young, they said I had abnormal cells and my great grandmother died of cervical cancer. When I went in, the Gyno said she'd take a few small "snips". I was under the assumption it would be like a mascara wand with bristles like when DNA testing is done. The doctor told me she was taking the first sample. I heard an actual SNIP and saw a lightning bolt as I screamed into my mouth and almost flew through the ceiling. It was the same feeling of cutting yourself deep and getting lemon juice, salt, soap, something toxic into a cut. She did 2 more and I literally bit down on my gown and tears streamed down my face. She finished, said I was done, capped the jar and as she was leaving I saw these three 1/2" by 1/2" pieces. I wondered if anything was left. Nobody came back! I got up, stumbled and was burning and realized I had a MASSIVE pool of blood forming around my feet. Nobody helped me or asked if I needed anything, but they did take my money! I drove myself home and passed out. That was the first, of many experiences with doctors, that have made me realize they just don't give a shit.

I got an ear infection over Christmas and new year and was too slow going to the gp to get some antibiotics. I ended up in A and E in New Year’s Day because of the pain. The doc took one look and I was sent straight to E, N, T where they couldn’t get to look into my ears as the canals were both fully swollen. The inky was to sort it was to get some thin strips of gauze and cover it in antiseptic cream and stuff it into my inner ear. I nearly fainted with the pain and when he’d done both ears, I was deaf! Was off work for 3 weeks, the first two of me having to go back to ENT and have the same treatment done daily. It’s only happened once more, thank goodness as it’s some of the worst pain I’ve felt.
Excellent cleaning job Doc! Did you use Povidone Iodine to treat the ear afterwards? I thought this was only for infections not fungus as well. I like how well you cleaned everything out. Well done!

Judging by how all the other doctors on youtube do it I really get the feeling that this guy has no idea what he does. He has O- blood and all of us 6 kids. Including him, are diabetic and cant give it we have his type. I would give him mine in a heartbeat...all of us would. Now he has to recover then we pray for a donor....they say a live persons kidney transplant is like 90% successful and the other kind of donor is 50% successful. At this point we would take either. He is the most humble, loving, caring person you could ever meet and it's hard to understand how something SO RARE could happen to him. Drs. At UAB hospital had never heard of it!!
