Agreed, Guro Jay works in the education field, and it carries over into his martial arts explanation. Different from your traditional martial arts instructor. He's vary patient and creates a great training environment.

Yup, the movements are really fluidic. Like what Guro Jay said in his interview, "it's not just dancing, there is a dark side to this."

Interesting footwork with the pendulum. I’ve seen the triangle footwork everywhere, along with the step and slide. The pendulum does add something different. Gotta experiment with it.

This is wonderful for kickboxing movement. I worked some into heavy bag work. Very similar to my Okinawan karate days.
