    Hey Runar, hope you’re still active on this page. I am very interested in applying for your school but I’m a bit split. The school here in Sweden (Yrgo) which I was first thinking of applying too has an education time of 2 years while yours is only 16 weeks!! What could be the reason for such a huge difference in time? Does your course cover enough certificates to get a job afterwards or do I have to add other courses when I’m done? My plan first now is to complete a regular surface welding course. The 2 year long commercial diver course here in Sweden is free and I know it involves a trainee-period but the difference in time is nevertheless huge. I also think it would make a benefit to learn in english since I’m more familiar with words for diving physics in english, I just want to make sure that your course is ”complete”. Thanks!

    Hey man loving the series. I'm looking into going to NYD myself and was wondering, is it easy to find accommodation in the area? Also, what were your daily expenses like for food in that area? Anyway, great videos!

    Love the series rannar going to nyd myself in March. How’d you find a good and close rental place?

    • @rannarlaur
      @rannarlaur  Před 4 lety +1

      After you have done the first payment then the school will provide a list of possible accommodation places close by. Then you need to call them and find the best solution for yourself ;)

      Hey, I'm heading in March too. The school should give you a list. I picked the one with the landlord called Arne. Think he has space. You should try him as its 4 min walk away. I can give you his email if you like?

      Rannar Laur Right on man, congratulations! I was thinking of going for commercial diver training here in Canada. I’m a welder/mechanic by trade. It looks like you had a good experience. Are you managing to find work right away?
