Hi vardim, Hope this catch you well. Do you know the bypass line of cooling system? I've been searching it to diagnose radiator condition, I'm getting low temperature in the dashboard most of the time (1 bar always, rarely 2)
Just do nothing. All known by me scooters have the same issue: only one bar of temperatures indicator. In case 2 - cooling fan starts. It's normal for Silverblade. Have you measured temperature of engine by thermometer? I would trust more thermometer than just indicator on dashboard...
@@extrudervadim yes it's true, i haven't measured the temperature yet, but during start up i feel the hose after thermostat was gradually heating up. It's not even 80c yet, i can feel it by hand. Checked and tested the thermostat and it doesn't seem to be stuck open. Anyway, I've been tracking the coolant system and can't seem to find a bypass line before the thermostat. Does the pump will keep on pumping into the block and create pressure until thermostat open? Or it's normally some water will passed through thermostat? I'm confused

Hi! If you mean A throttle position sensor (TPS) I've never checked or adjust it. Nevertheless parameters are: Throttle Position Sensor: • Reference voltage: 5±0.1VDC • Resistance between T1 and T2: 3k~12kΩ I have a "Delfi" EMS
