Thank you for sharing this Paul. I wish I’d seen your show in 2022, that was the year my Dad had been moved to end of life care. The relationship between creativity and grief is something that really resonates.

Thank you for reaching out, Eleanor. I'm so sorry to hear that about your dad. Yes, there's something very powerful about making something new in the face of huge loss. Wishing you well on your journey 🧡

I really loved everything about this. I really connect to almost everything you said. I’ve been writing a film about my mum and how marvelous she was for years. I wasn’t expecting to lose her in the middle of that process. I’ve been in my own ‘breakdown’ since then and am recently starting to find my joy and strength again. I found you through doing the artists way (hopefully part of my path back to myself) and wasn’t expecting to resonate with so many of your videos, but I just wanted to say thank you. You’ve inspired me to pick it up again and see where the story takes me.

Hi Alice, it's lovely to hear from you. Thank you for watching and taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that you lost your mum, she sounds like a really special person. What a beautiful way to honour her through writing a film. I'm glad you've started to find some joy and strength again - I remember that taking such a long time. Having a creative channel to explore things is such a powerful part of that. I'm inspired to hear you are picking the story up again and I hope int takes you where you need to go 🧡

good work, I also have gone and am about to go through some familial loss this year and it's so tough, it's always great to make hard or bad things into something meaningful or productive. I think the thing I've noticed this year in watching content in general is craving authenticity. People who share their real thoughts and experiences. Sorry for your losses both for your mother and a relationship, but I am glad that you've turned it into something beautiful, despite how hard it is to still process and go through. Thanks for sharing Paul!

Thank you Zach. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing loss in your family. Sharing what we're really going through makes such a difference - for ourselves and for others who feel seen because of it. Take care of yourself and keep creating.
