Please make a complete detailed configurations steps of sap logistic Execution including route determination, shipment document creation, shipment cost, how different type of legs are determining in shipment documents (direct, preliminary, main and subsequent leg determination) and the field details in shipping types.

Delivery is done with more than sale order qty & system allowed to do delivery & invoice
Pls let me know where is the control
First check is there any over delivery tolerance in SO item level shipping tab, if it is not there check Delivery type controls
