Hello, that’s a great question. This price usually includes the lot. If you purchase a lot to build on from a private Builder the cost will be less. I’m not sure if this Builder offers a Build on your lot program. If interested learning more about this process just let me know.

I can never see New Construction SINGLE LEVEL HOMES anymore.... Why???? Mid-Atlantic Builders will accommodate my request. Their homes have a lot of beautiful personality not so cookie cutter.
There aren’t many new construction single level homes for some reason but I do know of a few more located in Anne Arundel County. If interested let me know.
