How to make a stone carved turtle

- To carve a stone turtle, you will need the following materials:

Steps to follow:
Choose a suitable stone. The stone should be large enough for you to carve the turtle you want. It is also important that the stone be medium to fine grained, so that it is easier to carve.
Draw the outline of the turtle. Use a pencil and ruler to draw the outline of the turtle on the stone.
Start carving the outline. Use a hammer and chisel to start carving the outline of the turtle, although you can use power tools to help if you want.
Add details. Once you have the outline of the turtle, you can start adding details, such as the head, legs, and tail.
Sand the turtle. Use a polisher to smooth the surfaces of the turtle.
You can polish the turtle to give it a custom finish.
Tips:

Wear gloves and safety glasses to protect yourself from stone chips.
